SCMP GROUP APPOINTS LUISA TAM EDITOR-IN-CHIEF of HK MAGAZINE

Hong Kong, 2 March 2015 –

SCMP Group Ltd (SEHK: 583), Asia’s leading media holding company, today announced the appointment of Ms. Luisa Tam as Editor-in-Chief of HK Magazine with immediate effect.

Ms. Tam is a seasoned journalist and media veteran with more than 30 years of experience, having worked in renowned print, broadcast and radio organisations in Hong Kong and overseas. She has worked with the South China Morning Post for 14 years collectively in various capacities, including Deputy News Editor, Op-Ed Editor and Lai See Columnist. In addition to her media career, she has extensive corporate publishing, communications and executive development experience in the public and private sectors. Ms. Tam will report to Ms. Elsie Cheung, Chief Operating Officer of the SCMP Group, and will succeed Mr. Zach Hines who will step down to pursue other interest.
