SCMP PUBLISHES “100 TOP TABLES 2018,” A COMPREHENSIVE GUIDE TO HONG KONG’S AND MACAU’S BEST RESTAURANTS

 

Hong Kong, 16 March, 2018 – South China Morning Post Publishers Limited, a leading media company in Asia, yesterday announced the launch of the sixth edition of 100 Top Tables – A CEO’s Dining Guide, the definitive chief executive’s guide to the best restaurants in Hong Kong and Macau.

 

Highlighting 100 Hong Kong restaurants and 20 Macau-based restaurants, 100 Top Tables is a comprehensive guide, a must-have for senior executives in the quest to find the best restaurants for business or pleasure. The list is thoughtfully categorised by cuisine: Chinese, East/West, French, Italian, Japanese, Steak and Grills, and Western, along with a separate Macau section. SCMP’s food critics and lifestyle experts hand-selected each restaurant, adhering to the primary selection criterion of overall dining experience. While some restaurants are veterans of the guide, others have been newly inducted this year.

 

100 Top Tables provides the reader with an impartial overview of each restaurant, including information on a restaurant’s cuisine and ambiance – from a shortlist of signature dishes and the price of corkage to amenities like valet parking and alfresco dining.
