Tammy Tam

Tammy Tam is the Publisher of the South China Morning Post, overseeing both editorial and business strategy and operations to drive the publication’s development and commercial growth. She previously served as Editor-in-Chief from 2016 to 2025, having joined the SCMP in 2011. Tammy is the Chairperson of the Newspaper Society of Hong Kong and a member of the World Editors Forum, Asia chapter. Prior to joining the SCMP, Tammy spent 20 years in the television industry in leadership roles, managing editorial teams and corporate development strategies.
