E-commerce Executive, LetzShop - Magazines

Purpose of the position: 

Letzshop.hk, an online shop set up by SCMP Magazines featuring innovative and trend-setting beauty and wellness brands from international markets, is supported by the strength of our editorial content, audience base, data and technologies leveraging our media properties including Cosmopolitan, ELLE, Harper’s BAZAAR, Esquire and ELLE Men. The incumbent is responsible for assisting E-Commerce Manager in providing administrative and logistical support to the team. 

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate daily operations and provide administrative support on sourcing and buying activities
  • Manage product uploads and ensure data and information within our systems and databases are accurate and up to date
  • Liaise effectively with vendors and develop smooth operational flow with logistics and customer service teams to improve efficiency and customer experience 
  • Monitor inventory level and manage the entire ordering and invoicing process with vendors 
  • Prepare sales reports and analysis to understand shopping behaviours and trends.
  • Support digital marketing activities in close collaboration with marketing team and vendors to achieve sales target
  • Support Ecommerce Manager in coordinating website development projects
  • Support with ad-hoc tasks

Skills and Experience that will lead to success:

  • University graduate or equivalent in related discipline with min. 1 year experience in any e-commerce, retail or merchandising related industry 
  • Proficient in computer operations such as Excel, Powerpoint, e-commerce platforms and CMS  
  • Self-motivated, high attention to detail with good organisation skills 
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of the work
  • Collaborative team player with strong initiative and good communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese

Work location will be at Wong Chuk Hang office
