Assistant Manager, Sales Operations & Customer Service - Enterprise Subscriptions & Partnerships
Purpose of the position:
To optimize the operational efficiency and to support the Student Business Team to achieve business objectives.
In this role, you will:
- Assist the Student Business team to ensure quality customer services are delivered and KPIs are met
- Fulfill school subscription order and process invoice and payment
- Handle customer inquiries, events registration, change of enrollment, & complaints
- Support Student Business team related projects & sales administrative work
- Synthesize feedback from the customers to the student business management
- Manage student business database and generate regular report from the database
Skills and Experience that will lead to success:
- Degree holder preferred with minimum 3 years of working experience in customer services support or sales administrative experience. Associate Degree Holder will consider if more years of working experience
- Good command of Advanced Excel and G-Suite tools
- Good knowledge of Salesforce
- Proficient in written and spoken English & Cantonese
- Patient, attentive to details with good problem solving, customer oriented and organizing skills
- Good communication skill and team spirit
- Able to work independently with agile mindset
Work location will be at Causeway Bay office.
