Assistant Manager, Sales Operations & Customer Service - Enterprise Subscriptions & Partnerships

Purpose of the position:

To optimize the operational efficiency and to support the Student Business Team to achieve business objectives. 

 

In this role, you will: 

  • Assist the Student Business team to ensure quality customer services are delivered and KPIs are met
  • Fulfill school subscription order and process invoice and payment 
  • Handle customer inquiries, events registration, change of enrollment, & complaints
  • Support Student Business team related projects & sales administrative work
  • Synthesize feedback from the customers to the student business management 
  • Manage student business database and generate regular report from the database

 

Skills and Experience that will lead to success:

  • Degree holder preferred with minimum 3 years of working experience in customer services support or sales administrative experience.  Associate Degree Holder will consider if more years of working experience
  • Good command of Advanced Excel and G-Suite tools 
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce 
  • Proficient in written and spoken English & Cantonese
  • Patient, attentive to details with good problem solving, customer oriented and organizing skills
  • Good communication skill and team spirit
  • Able to work independently with agile mindset

 

Work location will be at Causeway Bay office.
