Sales Operations Executive - Magazines

In this role, you will:

  • To provide daily sales support to ensure smooth sales operations monitor cold-calling sales calls and emails and forward to appropriate sales person according to sales policy
  • On time and efficient preparation of sales information, documents and data entry to systems e.g. Customer Maintenance Form, Invoices, Billing documents, and cost calculations, etc
  • Prepare competitive and internal monthly reports as assigned by manager Build strong work relationships with sales team Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by manager

Skills and Experience that will lead to success:

  • High School or Equivalent 1 year of experience in media, advertising or related fields
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience in Salesforce & Google Suite will be advantage
  • Able to work under pressure on tight deadlines
  • A team player, hardworking and willing to learn
  • Well-organised and problem-solving abilities

Work location will be at Wong Chuk Hang office
