Associate Director, Advertising Operations - Advertising & Marketing Solutions
Job Responsibilities

  • Lead ad product and platform integration, including display, video and native advertising.
  • Maximise OMP monetization globally as well as monitor and report performance on a regular basis
  • Manage and maintain the SCMP ad stack including, GAM/ SSP setup, headerbiding setup, price floors and priorities etc.
  • Manage inventory supply to SSPs and 3rd Party Vendors, including new vendor RFIs in conjunction with the product, innovation and partnerships team.
  • Conduct ongoing reviews with SSP partners to ensure they drive value and continuous success.
  • Oversee the implementations of operational best practises within teams, 
  • Work closely with the ad operations team to ensure the delivery of deals and provide troubleshooting support and hot-desking if required.
  • Work closely with the product team to run numerous experiments in order to enhance ad unit performance and improve visibility.
  • Conducts team review to ensure team effectiveness and excellence is top priority
Job Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience within the Advertising Operations function of a digital media  organisation
  • A minimum of 2 years team management  experience leading campaign operations and optimisation 
  • Strong experience in technical troubleshooting, A/B testing and Technical aptitude with demonstrable knowledge of ad-serving platforms and technologies: Google Ad Manager, Google DAI, Third Party Servers, Supply-Side-Platforms,  HTML, JavaScript, VAST/VPAID
  • Managing internal relationships is essential 
  • Outstanding analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills; sharp attention to detail. Ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks and work within deadlines
  • Ability to present data in an effective, actionable manner and learn new software quickly
  • Experience in operating programmatic, ad serving and analytic platforms (SSPs, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Tableau) is a huge compulsory
  • Knowledge in programming (e.g. Python, SQL, etc) is an advantage
  • Proficient in spoken and written English

Work location will be at Causeway Bay or Singapore office.
