Sales Operations & Customer Service Executive - Enterprise Subscriptions & Partnerships

Purpose of the position:

To optimize the operational efficiency and to support the Student Business Team to achieve business objectives. 


Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Student Business team to ensure quality customer services are delivered and KPIs are met
  • Fulfill school subscription order and process invoice and payment 
  • Handle customer inquiries, events registration, change of enrollment
  • Support Student Business team related projects & sales administrative work
  • Synthesize feedback from the customers to the student business management 
  • Manage student business database 
Job Requirements

  • Good command of Advanced Excel and G-Suite tools 
  • Proficient in written and spoken English & Cantonese
  • Patient, attentive to details with good problem solving, customer oriented and organizing skills
  • Good communication skill and team spirit
  • Positive attitude 
  • Associate Degree holder preferred with minimum 1 years of working experience in customer services support or sales administrative experience.
  • Smart fresh graduate will be considered.

Work location will be at Causeway Bay.
